Is it safe?

Yes. The sheet connects only to the earth, through the ground hole of your wall socket. No electricity runs through the sheet, and none runs through you. It simply links you to the earth's natural charge, the same way standing barefoot outside would.

What do I plug it into?

A thin cord runs from the sheet to the ground hole of a normal wall socket. The cord and plug come in the box, so there is nothing extra to buy. If you are not sure your socket is earthed, send us a message and we will help you check.

Will it fit my bed?

It goes on your mattress like a normal fitted sheet and fits mattresses up to 30 cm deep. For the best connection, let some bare skin touch it, like your feet, arms, or back.

Can I wash it?

Yes. It goes into your washing machine like your normal bedding. The silver threads stay woven inside the cotton, so washing does not harm them.

How soon will I feel a difference?
