Shipping

Our products are dispatched from Germany through our fulfillment partner, Huboo. New orders are processed within 48 hours. All orders come with tracking, and you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

We ship to all of Europe, the Middle East, and North America, with an estimated shipping time of 5-10 days.

Within the EU, no taxes or customs apply. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes will be added in your home country.

Returns

We offer a 100-day return policy. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 100 days of you receiving the product and receive a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs back to our fulfillment center in Germany.

Refunds

Upon returning your products within the 100-day window, you will receive a full refund for your order. To initiate a return, please contact us through our customer chat or via our email at hello@groundingessentials.com. When initiating a return, please include your full name and order number. The refund will be processed once we receive the product back at our fulfillment center and will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the order. We respond to all emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
