Shipping

Our products are dispatched from Madrid, Spain, through our fulfillment partner Huboo. New orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped using express shipping. All orders come with tracking, and you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Within the EU, no taxes or customs apply. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes will be added in your home country.

Returns

We offer a 100-day return policy. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 100 days of you receiving the product and receive a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs back to our fulfillment center in Spain.
